Effective 2026-10-02. Plain language: what we collect, why, and who sees it.
Who we are
Co-Packer Match is operated by Lead Systems Go. In this policy, “we” means Lead Systems Go. Contact: ivan@leadsystemsgo.com.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, phone, email and what you make, and, if you answer the optional second step, details about your product, volumes, timing, certifications and where you sell.
- If you claim a listing: your company, name, role, work email and the correction you send.
- The address of the page you sent a form from, and the time you sent it.
- The basic request logs our hosting provider keeps to run the site.
Between the two steps of the matching form, your first-step answers are kept in your own browser for that session only, so you do not have to type them twice.
How we use it
To answer your request, check which manufacturers fit, and make introductions you approve. We contact you by phone, text message or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply to texts; reply STOP to stop them.
When it is shared
- With manufacturers, only after you tick the consent box, and without your contact details until you approve the introduction.
- With Molly Mills Creative, a sister company of Co-Packer Match, only if you tick the box asking for that introduction.
- With the service providers that run our forms and customer records for us, who may use it only for that.
We do not sell your personal information.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep your information while your request is open and for our business records after that. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email ivan@leadsystemsgo.com and we will reply by email.
Manufacturer listings
Listings describe companies, not people. They are built from manufacturers' published information and show no contact details. See the data policy for how plants correct or remove them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
