Tunnel pasteurization co-packers

Tunnel pasteurization heats drinks after they are sealed. Filled cans or bottles travel on a conveyor through zones of heated water spray, typically bringing the product to around 140°F (60°C), and the heat dose is measured in pasteurization units, or PUs12.
